Job Description
Full-Time Transition School Social Worker:
As we continue to expand, we seek a driven school social worker to join our team on a role working in a transition program in Oak Forest, IL for the 2024-2025 school year.
Compensation: $58,000-$70,000 based on experience
Position Details:
+ Full-time Monday-Friday starting August 12th!
+ Social work supporting 18-22 year olds in a transition program. This social worker will work closely on vocational and community skills.
+ Working as part of an interdisciplinary team with teachers, paras, and other related service staff

Qualifications:
+ Masters in Social Work
+ Active PEL with School Social Work Endorsement
