The Worlds Largest Search Engine is looking for a Program Manager II!!

Duration: 6 months

Pay: $50.00-$57.00

Work Location: Hybrid / (Office location: Chicago)

Work Schedule: Normal CST business hours, Monday – Friday

Project Overview:

Support on 2025’s portfolio of Incentive Programs for Canada and Latin American Markets.

The Deals TVC plays a crucial role in supporting the AMER Deals GTM team’s efforts to drive revenue and streamline the deal process. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute deal activation, maintain resources, and gather valuable feedback to improve the overall sales process.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

+ Support Deals Program Manager (MTP & KPI Programs): gathering Internal Feedback, Troubleshooting, lead comms for program execution, program execution

+ Deal Activation: Assist in activating deals across CALA regions, coordinating activities with relevant stakeholders to facilitate successful deal closure.

+ Program design: support in gathering cross-functional and regional feedback to align strategic priorities per program and facilitate the portfolio planning process.

+ Deals Hub Maintenance: Maintain and update the Deals Hub, centralizing deal collateral and ensuring easy access for relevant stakeholders.

+ Support Cross-Functional forum Reviews: Assist in the cross-functional review process (e.g., RMDR) to align stakeholder feedback and ensure deal alignment with company policies and objectives.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

+ Strong project management experience.

+ Understanding or interest in incentive programs.

+ Strong communication skills.

+ Relationship management.

+ Basic knowledge on Google Workspace.

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:

+ Basic SQL querying.

+ Media experience working with advertisers or agencies.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $57.00 per hour
