Job Title: Process Technician
Job Description
This individual will be responsible for In Process (IPC) and Visual Inspection (VI) regarding physical parameters and Packaging. 50% of this individual’s time will be around actual visual inspection work including:
+ Assurance of execution in accordance to cGMP and SOPs.
+ Perform IPC during filling activities
+ Perform visual inspection of filled and finished units
+ Ensure correct labeling, sealing, and final packaging of the batch
+ Calibration and maintenance of equipment
+ Package inspected batches
The other 50% of the time will be at a desk doing documentation work including:
+ Place orders in SAP
+ Ensure proper documentation and evaluation of data
+ Review documentation
+ Generate and update SOPs and QC forms according to cGMP requirements
+ Conduct inventory management
