Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Control Lead

Job Description

- Review production schedules and work orders to determine material requirements and priorities.

- Lead operators and material handlers in the manufacturing process.

- Audit Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy in their ERP System (IQMS) for quality production.

- Troubleshoot production reporting errors and variances.

- Maintain inventories of components or supplies necessary to meet production demands.

- Confer with scheduling or other personnel to assess progress and discuss changes to schedule (if needed).

- Manage Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) from Real Time Reporting to ensure machines are running optimally.

- Analyze information and evaluate results to solve problems.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Perform data entry as needed.

Hard Skills

+ Production experience

+ Training or lead experience

+ Bilingual

Work Environment

Injection Molding Facility. Not climate controlled, but large fans on the production floor circulate air well, so the environment is manageable.

Hours & Pay:

3rd Shift: 10:55pm-7:10am

Pay: $25/hr
