As a Senior Project Analyst, Associate within our team, you will play a key role supporting the Human Resources Market Leads for the Chicago Corporate Center. You will develop and execute program management and communications plans to support key initiatives for the HR community and broader corporate center.

Job Responsibilities

+ Assist the HR Market Leads to develop and execute strategic program engagement and communications plans for the Chicago Corporate Center

+ Plan and coordinate meeting logistics and executing large and small internal events – including but not limited to preparing invitations, presentations, talking points, and briefings

+ Leverage technology and various communication techniques to maximize employee outreach and education; maintain Teams and SharePoint teams sites to disseminate information amongst leadership teams quickly

+ Leverage data to understand broader employee trends; create presentation materials and executive ready summaries that can be shared with broader leadership teams

+ Innovate and drive unique, and different ways to scale efforts across site

+ Review, evaluate and support project plans and objectives, budgets and priorities

+ Meet with and collaborate effectively with the corporate center and Market Leadership teams, as well as other partners to represent the interests of HR

+ Assist in the development and management of Chicago Corporate Center employee presence through initiatives, projects and programs

+ Record minutes of meetings, and ensuring action items are followed through to closure

+ Research and drafting a variety of communications, including program updates, announcements, articles for the intranet

+ Assist the HR Market Heads in supporting a strong Risk and Controls environment – ensuring policies, procedures and / or organizational requirements have been followed

Required Qualifications

+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, a resourceful self-starter that takes initiative, excels at teamwork and can collaborate horizontally across the firm

+ Ability to create materials to drive organization and coordination across projects or initiatives (project plans, communications, presentation materials, meeting minutes, etc.)

+ Experience managing internal events including social gatherings, Town Halls, etc,

+ Ability to prioritize work effectively, provide creative ideas and build out infrastructure to achieve greater efficiencies

+ Exhibits a strong understanding of the firm; proactively seeks input to anticipate stakeholder needs and effectively meets or exceeds them

+ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking skills

+ Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time

+ Excellent communication skills; must be able to clearly communicate updates and summarize key topics, serving as an ambassador for Human Resources

+ Strong technical skills; excellent Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills
