Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours a week.

Location: AdventHealth Split between Bolingbrook and LaGrange locations

The role you’ll contribute summary:

The Employee Experience Partner (EEP) will facilitate and provide support for general human resources policies and procedures. This role provides administrative support to the human resources function to include office management, document management, and customer service support. The Employee Experience Partner (EEP) will also facilitate and provide support for human resources employee wellbeing, communication, and learning and directly support the day-to-day functions of the Manager of HR Communication.

Employee Wellbeing and Retention

· Coordinates and supports Employee Wellbeing, HR Communication and the day-to-day functions of the HR Communications Manager.

· Supports employee retention and wellbeing programs and initiatives by creating, attending, participating in events, conducting surveys, exit interviews and other activities as needed.

· Schedule, track, collect wellbeing and exit interview data.

· Perform wellbeing and exit interviews as needed/requested.

· Support retention efforts including stay interviews and focus groups.

HR Communication

· Support the communication needs of HR-related initiatives through effective writing, planning, coordination, design and execution, monitoring project deadlines for consistent delivery.

· Write clearly and informatively, edit work for spelling and grammar, adapt writing style to meet needs.

· Assist with supporting communication requests from within the department.

· Assist with creating materials to advance HR initiatives while following AdventHealth brand standards and policies, keeping key messages consistent and standardized.

· Assist with coordinating distribution of communication toolkits to the region.

· Support the development of materials to go-lives as needed, monitoring execution and distribution to ensure accuracy and delivery to end-users.

· Gather and analyze information skillfully and resolves problems in early stages with minimal supervision.

· Complete tasks in a proactive manner, actively seeking ways to produce high quality, efficient work.

· Respond promptly to assignments and tasks and keep commitments to deadlines.

· Attend and participate in departmental meetings.

· May represent the department on cross-functional teams.

· Work, assist, volunteer and/or represent the region at events held during the day, evening, or weekends.

· Provide support for candidate and new hire experience as requested/needed, to include, but not limited to attending hiring events, employee health events, attending and/or supporting new hire orientation sessions, etc.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Working knowledge of or aptitude to learn human resources disciplines applicable for assigned duties

- Professional, excellent oral and written communication skills

- Problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to handle confidential matters with maximum discretion

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- High school diploma or Equivalent upon hire

- Two years of Human Resources or related experience upon hire

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

- 2 year of HR experience in a healthcare setting

- Project management and consulting experience

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION:

- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
