Operations Specialist Gas operations
NSG, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Operations Specialist Gas operations in our Waukegan, IL Main Office.
Job Summary
The Operations Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support field operations in an office setting. These various tasks could include data entry, system updating, creation of permit requests, fielding calls from customer and employees, scheduling tasks, and interfacing with company and contracted field employees. The Operations Specialist will have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular area, works under minimal supervision and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Process reimbursements for employees
- Dispatch orders in PCAD & create orders in Open C - Update a variety of spreadsheets/SharePoint sites on a daily basis - Complete time entry for field employees daily recaps - Experience using Excel for daily assignment sheets - Resolving and investigating customer complaints - Handling of tailgates - Distribute & troubleshoot company phones - Administrative tasks: restocking/ordering forms, ordering food, create appointments, file documentsMinimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma, HSED, or GED
- 5 + years – Standard computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - 5 + years – Identifying and implementing solutions to problemsPreferred Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects and organized
