As an integral member of the Talent Management team, the Learning and Development Manager is responsible for representing and serving the needs of our agency business unit globally. This position assesses agency-wide developmental needs to drive strategic initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable learning solutions for employees. This position actively identifies, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate, upskill internal talent, enhance performance, and drive change.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with both Quad’s corporate and the agency business unit’s goals and objectives.

+ Program Management: In collaboration with the Talent Management team, design, implement, and manage learning programs including workshops, simulations, e-learning, and coaching. Programs may include employee effectiveness, onboarding, leadership development, technical training, and professional skills enhancement.

+ Content Creation: Collaborate with internal and external experts to design engaging and impactful learning content tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce.

+ Facilitation: Deliver engaging learning sessions across a variety of formats and platforms to ensure effective skill-building and adoption.

+ Technology: Leverage learning technologies and platforms to deliver training and track progress effectively. Influence company-wide roadmap and budget to ensure effective and cost-conscious solutions.

+ Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to identify learning needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Partners with third party vendors to deliver specialized curriculums and content.

+ Measurement: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives to continuously improve program outcomes.

+ Leadership: Lead and mentor learning and development professionals, fostering cross-functional collaboration. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements pertaining to training and development.

+ Global Network: Develop learning programs and curriculum scalable to our Global Network Talent.

+ Inclusion: Leverage programs and learning opportunities to help foster an inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel valued and supported.

+ Communications: Develop and maintain communications such as intranet sites and newsletters to drive employee engagement with and adoption of training and development resources.

+ Change Management: Act as a change agent to support the organizational initiatives as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

+ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

+ Demonstrated experience in instructional design Strong presentation skills.

+ Excellent decision-making and organizational skills.

+ Proven experience in project management with both large and small-scale implementations

+ Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.

+ Ability to influence and work across functional teams/groups.

+ Ability to build and manage an effective training team to meet organizational goals in a high-growth environment.

+ Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.

+ Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (i.e Organizational Development, Education, Training, Communications, Business)

+ Five years of experience with instructional designing and implementing employee development programs.

+ Previous experience with Learning Management Systems, e-learning platforms, and

+ Two years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in a geographically distributed environment.

+ Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred.

+ SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
