General Laborer/Warehouse worker $18hr

Job Description

Rework candidates will be assigned various tasks including deburring, cutting, sanding, and loading material that did not meet standards after running through the mills. Duties will vary from day to day depending on what is needed, but a majority of the time will be spent on the side of the machines refinishing material to ensure it meets standards. Candidates may be using hand and power tools to complete daily tasks. Need to be comfortable lifting 50+ lbs continuously and performing physical labor.

Work Environment

Wheatland Tube is a steel manufacturer but is fully updated with filtered machines that clean the air automatically. The facility is not temperature controlled but it is a comfortable setting. It is a large facility, over 1 million sqft, and can be loud. Hard hats and safety shoes are required.
