Position Summary 
 Teach one section of College Algebra for Fall 2024. Preference given to those also willing to teach Introduction to Statistics.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 
 Prepare and teach lessons, and assign learning activities as appropriate;
Assess student learning;
Grade student work; and
Meet with students as needed.
Minimum Requirements 
 Master's degree in Mathematics / Mathematics Education, or related field
Willingness to teach in-person, USF Main Campus in Joliet
Willingness to support the Catholic and Franciscan values of the university
Preferred Requirements 
 Prior experience teaching at the college level
Hours/Shift/Work Schedule 
 Courses will be held in-person on USF Main Campus in Joliet.
Physical Requirements of Position 
 Work is performed in classroom settings with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: sitting, walking, bending, stooping, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity.
