We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Enterprise Architect with expertise in Pega technology to lead and shape our organization’s strategic initiatives and contribute to the design and development of enterprise-level Pega applications. The Pega Developer will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and customer-centric solutions using Pega Infinity.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pega technology, including hands-on development and architecture

Preferred Certifications:
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect and Certified Pega Business Architect

Required Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Pega Platform and Pega Infinity. (Pega Platform 7.x., 8.x, 23.X)
• Strong understanding of Pega application design, case management, and decisioning
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, microservices, and containerization
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines   Required Leadership Abilities:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks
• Project Management: Excellent project management skills
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues

• Successfully led large-scale Pega implementations
• Designed and delivered complex Pega solutions
• Contributed to the growth and maturity of Pega practices within an organization

As a Pega Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in deploying large-scale Pega projects, ensuring seamless business process management, and enhancing customer experience. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements:  

Pega Developer Responsibilities:
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business managers to understand the company’s BPM (Business Process Management) application needs
• Application Design and Development: Design and develop Pega BPM applications, integrating them with external APIs and databases
• Solution Architecture: Perform solution architecture within the Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) environment
• Class Structures and Data Models: Design class structures, application frameworks, and data models   Join our dynamic team and be part of shaping the future of our enterprise through innovative Pega solutions!
