Overview

Expected pay for this position is $198.58-$248.23/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY:
OSF is deploying an innovative digital first primary care model designed with the patient at the forefront of all we do. This service is focused on serving patients 55+ with two or more chronic conditions, meeting them where they are in their healthcare journey. Accessing healthcare can be challenging, this care model is designed to meet those needs through virtual visits, in-person visits, group visits, taking care to their home, receiving care outside normal business hours and offering options that work for them! Additionally, this model providers huddles and care conferences to ensure team collaboration and intentional care coordination driving better outcomes for those we serve.
The Clinical Director is responsible for developing and improving the clinical care model to drive participant care and clinical outcomes. Providing and ensuring superior compassionate, high-quality, innovative patient-centered care through positive working relationships and demonstrating collaborative, team-oriented behaviors, and accountability. Responsible for implementation and oversight of the quality assessment and performance improvement. Collaborates with the CMO and other executive/operational leaders on innovative thinking to develop, implement and evaluate strategic goals and quality outcomes in efforts to enhance patient care, patient experience, and improve medical practice.
Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Doctorate
Experience:
Five years in medical practice
Licensure/ Certification:
Physician Licensed to practice Medicine in current state and/or states covered by the clinic or telehealth practice.
Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Strong understanding of business practice analysis and reporting mechanisms with demonstrated ability to verbalize how the business portion impacts the clinical portion of the program's activities.
Analytical skills necessary in order to develop and implement new services, evaluate performance, systems and/or procedures, determine needs for capital equipment and personnel.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to teach, coach and mentor the team to strive towards providing patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served.
Strong Communication skills and ability to engage with those with those on the team to foster a positive culture in the workplace as well as engage with those in the community.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:
Two years healthcare administrative experience in-order-to understand division services and market conditions, healthcare system standards and policies, government and accreditation agency requirements, and to effectively direct and plan the development of services.
