Summary of Objective:
The Technical Trainer is a function that interfaces with various departments to address training needs and assist with workforce development. This position involves development, delivery, organization, and documentation of on-the-job training at PCI.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.

Conduct needs analysis with functional areas of the organization to understand on-the-job training gaps and develop training modules that support delivery of on-the-job training. Ensure all on-the-job training modules are adequately maintained and reflect current practice. Partner with functional areas of the organization and develop robust on-the-job lesson plans and documentation. Teach and facilitate classroom and on-the-job training, as appropriate. Coach and provide training support to functional area trainers. Ensure on-the-job training documentation is adequately completed, maintained, and inspection ready. Partner with Technical Training team and various departmental Subject Matter Experts on development and delivery of Quality Training and administration of Learning Management System. Adherence to PCI and cGMP policies, procedures, rules and regulations. This position may require overtime and/or weekend work. Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules. Attendance to work is an essential function of this position Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Required:
Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
Basic Mathematical Skills
Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.
Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
