1 year of experience in the aerospace industry including customer service support.
Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM | $58,000 per year
Contract Manager Job Description
Oversee the customer service department.
Manage new and existing contracts for customers ensuring that legal requirements are met.
Communicate daily with customers regarding orders.
Support internal reporting.
Lead customer status calls and meetings.
Coordinate with the shipping manager for any internal shipping requirements.
