Job Purpose

The Head of KHMS, (Kraft Heinz Management Systems) Production, and Maintenance, will develop a multi-year strategy to create a new standard way of working in the factories. This role is responsible for the implementation of continuous improvement methodology across the US network of factories and drives the compliance of its maturity level.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Create, deploy, and enhance KHMS strategies and initiatives.
Run the KHMS Business Cycle (Deployment, Training, coaching, and auditing)
Execute the strategic direction for continuous improvement across North America factories.
Lead the content review annual cycle.
Develop and implement ORM strategies that align with corporate objectives to reduce and mitigate operational risk .
Create new policies and procedures as necessary.
Measure and report the scores and Key indicators.
Connect the KHMS tools with the Digital Transformation Agenda.
Stakeholders' engagement. Be able to influence the BU and Plants for high process adherence.

Expected Experience & Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree is required; Engineering or another related field technical field is preferred.
Ten years management experience is required.
Five years of manufacturing leadership experience is required.
Experience leading cross functional initiatives across multiple plants / businesses.
Demonstrated ability to implement operational effectiveness programs.
Experience in both union and non-union environments - preferred.
Experience implementing improvement strategies across multiple plants / businesses - preferred.Location(s)Chicago/Aon Center
