About the Role

The Senior SDR (Sales Development Representative) will play an integral role in acquiring net new business by generating strategic conversations for our Account Executives in high value prospect accounts. Through consistent collaboration with account executives, you will align on strategy to prioritize and target high-potential accounts within defined market segments. You will directly impact our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative, and growing environment.

What the Candidate Will Do
  • Become an expert on all Uber Freight logistics services and technology offerings
  • Generate qualified leads and set sales appointments to boost productivity by providing sales with qualified, ready-to-engage leads
  • Leverage cold calling and/or lead generation experience to communicate with a high daily volume of potential clients
  • Strategic, targeted and multifaceted prospect outreach to drive meaningful engagement as our first point of contact
  • Use a data-driven approach to outbound sales that incorporates research, call cadences, email campaigns, and marketing materials
  • Leverage account research to get multithreaded across key personas
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to grow relationships with a targeted list of our highest potential prospects in a variety of industries
  • Develop and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships to drive account strategy and partnership to maximize prospecting efforts
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales goals tied to high quality qualified meetings set
  • Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in SFDC
  • Act as an ambassador of Uber Freight’s mission, brand, and solutions in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Follow our prescribed commercial sales methodologies and processes through Salesforce and associated tech stack (Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, 6Sense, etc)
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospect’s challenges and goals through discovery
  • Connect with decision-makers in Director, VP, and C-Level
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of cold calling experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of logistics/supply chain experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or Supply Chain is a plus)
  • Experience selling into C-Suite and to Executive Leadership
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, interpersonal, and with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Experience selling across all modes of transportation / TMS
  • Self-Starter and strong determined drive to win
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel and Google Suite
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong overall business acumen and understanding of company objectives
  • Ability to stay organized, pay attention to detail, with strong time management and analytical skills
