Job Description

Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a sophisticated, senior-level health care attorney to join our San Francisco or Silicon Valley office as an Of Counsel. Our Health Care Practice Group represents health systems, telemedicine companies, and numerous diverse health care entities, as well as venture and private equity investors focused on health care and life sciences.
Qualified candidates will possess 10+ years of health care regulatory and/or transactional experience, with particular emphasis on health-care focused clients, and will have significant knowledge in the following areas: health care fraud and abuse such as the False Claims Act, the Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute, cybersecurity, privacy, research, and compliance. 
The ideal candidate must have strong client relationship, project management, and senior review skills, and will have demonstrated the ability to thrive and prosper in enterprising and complex environments. Additionally this candidate will have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic, coupled with a desire to be part of a collaborative environment.

California Applicants:
Foley offers a comprehensive benefit program which currently includes Paid Time Off; Paid Holidays; Medical, Dental and Vision insurance; 401(k) Retirement; Disability and Life insurance; Adoption Assistance; Backup Care for Dependents. Pursuant to the CA Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, the expected base salary for this position is $420,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
