Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring outbound shipmentsand communicating with carriers
May use power equipment including, but not limited to forklifts, hand tools, and other devices operated in a warehouse environment while maintaining the highest level of productivity and accuracy.
Communicates well with other leads and employees.
Makes timely and effective decisions based on objectives and goals.
Address issues effectively and immediately and do not avoid them as they arise.
Reinforce the leadership team's mission and objectives when out on the floor.
Effectively manage an area of responsibility to assist with meeting OT% objectives.
Required to assist in closing the webpage after team departure until completion.
Actively participates in shift start meetings, lead meetings, department meetings and all other team meetings

Shift Details: Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm or completion. Mandatory overtime as required.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of related experience

Critical Skills:
5+ years of warehouse distribution experience
MS Office Suite
Leadership skills
Power Equipment (but not limited to forklifts, hand tools, and other devices operated in a warehouse environment)
E1 Webpage
Communication Skills
Time management skills
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

$20.42 - $34.04
