Job Description

The Strategic Marketing Manager - Project Management plans, manages, and coordinates execution of integrated marketing and demand generation programs. This role reports to the Director of Strategic Marketing Project Management as part of our Marketing Program & Project Management Office (PMO) and works with divisional marketing teams and centers of excellence to organize, drive, and track key projects.
What You Will Do

Collaborate with divisional marketing teams and Strategic Marketing centers of excellence including creative, public relations, demand generation, marketing automation, digital experience, social media, and others, to plan and execute integrated marketing programs that align tactics to strategic marketing priorities, identify impactful business goals, and support a marketing strategy that delivers a tangible return on investment.
Set up, configure, manage, and close out projects in Wrike, our project management tool.
Connect the dots between departments, understanding dependencies and sequencing and making tradeoffs as the liaison between leadership and working teams.
Collaborate with creative services, writers, designers, and technical team members - both internal and external vendors - to deliver content and other strategic deliverables.
Forecast resource and budgetary needs for upcoming projects and programs.
Monitor the progress of programs to ensure that key milestones are reached according to the project timeline.
Conduct weekly meetings to report on progress, risks, considerations, and performance to key marketing stakeholders
Maintain project dashboards to identify the ongoing progress and performance of key project deliverables.
Administer our Wrike project management tool including outlining, suggesting, and implementing improvements to our platform configuration and use.
Create and manage Marketing Project Management Standards and SLA recommendations.
Training and mentoring others across the marketing organization on project management and Wrike.
Who You Are

A minimum of 3 years managing integrated marketing projects
A minimum of 1 year using or managing an integrated project management tool.

What Puts You Ahead
Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, communications, public relations, project management, business, or similar.
Proficiency in use or management of Wrike project management tools.
Experience managing enterprise B2B marketing programs and demand generation campaigns.
Project Management Institute PMP or CAPM certification, or desire to become certified.
Scrum Alliance CSM certification, or desire to become certified
Highly organized project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent track record of task management and ensuring all tasks are logged, tracked, assigned, and completed on time.
Desire to track, measure, and analyze the results of projects to create insights that help improve future project outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization from peers to executive leaders and outside vendors.
Ability to perform under pressure from tight timelines and competing priorities.
Willingness to occasionally work across varied time zones and long, varied hours.
