Position Overview
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and energetic individual to serve as Senior Qualitative Case Reviewer. Under administrative direction, this position will manage the Qualitative Case Review Program for assigned divisions and/or geographic areas. The position will plan, design, coordinate, and conduct highly complex evaluations of Department programs and services and serve as coach and mentor to Qualitative Case Reviewers. The position will also review cases for quality control and work with reviewers to resolve quality control issues. Additionally, this position will analyze, formulate, and implement methods and procedures to ensure consistency of the Qualitative Review System throughout assigned areas. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is interested in ensuring that child welfare services provided by the Department and purchase of service agencies meet all quality standards.
