Position Overview
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an analytical, organized, and dynamic individual to serve as OLPD Regional Contract Analyst. Under general direction, this position will coordinate, plan, interpret, and monitor university contractors’ delivery of services in accordance with Department policy within the assigned regions. The position will collaborate with the Chief Learning Officer and other OLPD staff to ensure compliance with contracts and program plans. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and focused on ensuring the Department receives the greatest value for its contract expenditures. Job Responsibilities1. Serves as Central/Southern Regional Contract Analyst
2. Conducts monitoring reviews of assigned vendors/providers to ensure compliance with contract, program plan, and training plan
3. Prepares analytical written reports of reviews conducted and performs necessary data recordkeeping in OLPD databases related to the on-going evaluation, tracking of compliance and expenditures, and quality enhancement of service delivery
