Job Description

Farmworker for a corn and soybean row crop farming operation. Ag Equipment operator and farm and field work. Possible job responsibilities include: tractor field work, field tile and drainage work, mowing, tillage, spraying, planting and harvesting, hauling and handling of grain. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
