Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Implement physicians’ orders and ensure the delivery of prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures.
- Monitor residents’ health and respond promptly to any changes or concerns, documenting all care and observations according to company policy and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individualized care plans for each resident.
- Administer first aid and emergency care when necessary, both for occupational and non-occupational health issues.
- Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, always prioritizing the comfort and well-being of our residents.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a current state certification.
- Ability to work compassionately and effectively with residents in a senior living environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
