Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for an Accountant to join a growing team. The Accountant is responsible for providing all levels of full cycle accounting services primarily for full-service clients by analyzing, entering, and maintaining the general ledger, balance sheet, managerial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll records to prepare financial reports assuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
Responsibilities include:
• Prepare accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Design and maintain chart of accounts and/or managerial structure and assign entries to proper accounts and/or center.
• Perform all activities for accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Complete account and balance sheet reconciliations monthly.
