Job Description
- Provide and develop legal immigration services and solutions to individual/corporate clients on I140 and I-485 cases
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as Request for Evidence (RFE) and Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) on immigration petitions
- Review and approve paralegals/clients’ drafts on the law firm’s case management system and develop legal strategies for supervisors’ approval
- Train paralegals on immigration application related tasks
- Perform legal research regarding employment-based immigration cases
- Study and analyze relevant immigration trends and regulation changes and present findings to clients
- Discuss unique and complicated immigration cases with internal and external attorneys to provide legal solutions on employment based immigration related issues
