What will you be doing?
This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic, curious, and highly motivated individual to join a high-performing team. You will be supporting the sales enablement group in their efforts to empower Circana's commercial organization to master and market all Circana consumer solutions. This role is centered upon the development of a formalized sales enablement strategy to bring Circana's best consumer solutions to our clients. At its core, your input and execution will play a vital role in establishing a consistent approach to provide the internal teams with the tools, methodologies, collaboration practices, and training they need to perform their jobs more efficiently, drive transformative growth, and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect and manage a library of best practice support materials including proposal templates, case studies, and client presentations.
- Prepare materials including communications, presentations, and reference documentation.
- Effectively synthesize content written and verbally.
- Proactively manage communication and expectations with team members and cross functional teams (client insights, consumer solutions, product management, etc.)
- Provide on-going support, expertise, and troubleshooting for Circana commercial solutions.
- Interface directly with the commercial teams to identify opportunities and obtain feedback.
- Continuously assess and improve sales enablement processes, materials, and programs.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, insights, or related functions within a consumer packaged goods (CPG), research, or marketing services company.
- Experience with Circana or other syndicated data solutions such as Nielsen, is preferred.
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 to $75,000.00.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
