Job Description
Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a firm who is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-6+ years of complex commercial litigation experience to join its collaborative and well-respected team in Chicago.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to handle sophisticated litigation matters in a firm that values quality training, hands-on experience, and strong mentorship. Candidates with deposition, research, and motion practice experience are encouraged to apply. The firm also values experience or interest in areas such as employment, construction, labor, municipal law, and motor vehicle franchise law.
Firm Highlights:
- No billable requirement (associates average 80-120 hours/month)
- Collaborative culture with hands-on partner involvement and strong mentorship
- Hybrid in office culture - 3 days/week in-office
- Compensation starts at $115k + annual discretionary bonus
