Position Summary

The HRIS Manager is a newly created role on the Corporate HR team whose responsibilities focus on data management/integrity, related HR processes, and the design, maintenance, and most importantly optimization of the company’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) which is SAP SuccessFactors (current modules include Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation, and Succession Planning) and its connections with:

  • Ceridian Dayforce payroll system in US,
  • TRESS payroll system in Mexico,
  • Future local payroll systems globally,
  • BenefitFocus benefit administration system in US,
  • Everfi global volunteer management system.

Although SuccessFactors was implemented in 2017, we are still in the automation and integration phases in our roadmap. This role should not only be able to ensure our foundation is sound but should be able to lead and prepare us for utilizing and leveraging its capabilities to support HR’s strategic needs in succession planning, cost management, and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the technical subject matter expert on SAP SuccessFactors. Provide support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Oversee configuration, design, and integration of SAP SuccessFactors to support end-to-end operational delivery of employee life cycle events and transactions and to align with organization goals to improve business outcomes.
  • Work with stakeholders to define business needs/rules and apply them into system specifications and the related maintenance and enhancements of workflows and automations within the system.
  • Improve the processes and efficiencies associated with HR technology.
  • Develop comprehensive system documentation and provide training/training resources for users.
  • Make sure system updates are tested, applied, and improve our collective user experience.
