Position OverviewThe Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Employment Recruiter. Under direction, this position will travel to recruitment functions, job fairs, and career days to promote employment with the Department. The position will provide professional human resources assistance to management staff in the recruitment of an adequate candidate pool and will network through industry contacts, social media, colleges and universities, other state agencies, and other entities. This position provides a great opportunity for an outgoing, enthusiastic individual who is interested in helping DCFS to ensure we have an excellent pool of strong candidates to fill the Department’s positions.
