What will you be doing?

In this role, you will support the daily account maintenance of some of the most well-known and exciting global consumer electronics companies. We are seeking a curious, proactive, and detail-oriented Manager of Client Sales & Insights. You will own the foundational client management responsibilities, which are critical to ensuring we meet our clients' needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Data: Use Circana's extensive data assets to analyze category trends and market performance
  • Tools: Become an expert in Circana's proprietary data platforms, data solutions, and CRM databases
  • Promote: Find timely and relevant ways to ensure clients are maximizing the Circana subscribed services
  • Support: Have a "can-do" approach in training clients, building reports, and learning best-in-class practices
  • Collaborate: Work with other Circana teams to support client questions or business needs
  • Investigate: Track industry news, client-specific information, and competitive category activity to uncover sales and/or engagement opportunities
  • Revenue: Support team revenue goals by consistently delivering on your commitments and working towards our shared common goal
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in market research, retail, or with a consumer electronics manufacturer
  • Intellectually curious, lifelong learner, unafraid to try something new, critical thinker
  • Flexible, problem-solving mindset, adaptable to unexpected changes
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with other Microsoft tools (Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, via video conferencing, and face-to-face

Location: This position can be located in the following area(s): Long Island, NY; New York, NY; Tri-State Area - with occasional travel to our Port Washington, NY office.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
