Job Description
Develop and evaluate implementation, operation and testing on SIU Carbondale information technology infrastructure plan. Implementing new and effective technology infrastructure for the SIU campus. Working with Assistant/Associate Directors to ensure a high performance environment. Develop and recommend annual and intermediate operating budgets to include staffing, equipment and software licenses. Prepare justification materials and present to senior management. Prioritize/allocate financial, human, and material resources based on strategic/operational goals and the recommendations of reporting, members of the management team. Execute operating budget as approved; recommend needed adjustments as operations and priorities deem necessary and execute changes approved by the supervising executive. Following University policies and procedures.
