Job Description
A law firm in Chicago is seeking highly credentialed Associates who are interested in working on affordable housing transactions. Qualified attorneys will have 2-5+/- years of experience in an AmLaw firm with preference for experience in a transactional practice. This firm retools attorneys to work in their affordable housing team, working on both the developer and equity side of the transactions.This firm is a great landing spot for someone interested in community-oriented work in a people first environment. The firm has a 1600 billable target and a flexible hybrid schedule. Attorneys go here and stay for the team, the great work/life balance, and meaningful work. They hire a lot of former Big Law Associates looking for a long term fit and have a clear path to partnership. Base salary between $145-175k depending on level of applicable experience.
