What will you be doing?
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team, supporting Circana's Mass and Prestige Beauty clients. This role will partner with the different client teams to consult with Beauty manufacturers, providing guidance to uncover insights related to consumer and shopper behavior, as well as in-market performance. This role will also play a critical role in elevating the consumer data understanding of colleagues across the Beauty team.

Job Responsibilities:
Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.
  • Identify business issues and opportunities and suggest the appropriate analytic solution/approach; comfortable asking discovery and scoping questions, when needed.
  • Approach client with coherent, concise, actionable, and fact-based data/recommendations appropriate to their business needs.
  • Lead role in educating Beauty team members on consumer data interpretation and application.
  • Willingness and ability to help teammates improve their deliverables and contribute to the team's thought leadership output.
  • Visualize data clearly and concisely through analysis tools, such as Unify, Excel, PowerBI.
Consultative Selling Support: Apply knowledge of the business, industry and domain to identify, create and close business opportunities:
  • Target and sell consumer services that address unexpressed and underlying client needs; ask questions to identify the root causes of issues versus symptoms.
  • Educate the client and colleagues on analytic methods, shape their thinking and influence the decisions they make.

Impactful Presence: Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills; present a professional image.
  • Gain the trust of the client and the Circana cross-functional organizations to be considered a domain expert and valued business partner.
  • Intellectually curious and aware of industry trends and how they may impact clients, consumers, shoppers, and competitors.
  • Able to educate colleagues and clients on analytic methods, shape their thinking, and influence the decisions they make.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, data analytics, or a similar field
  • Strong technical skills in business insights software, preferably Unify
  • Expertise In Microsoft applications, particularly with Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
