MS Intune M365 Administrator/Senior Support Engineer
OTTO’s opportunity:
Our MS Intune M365 Administrator/Senior Support Engineer will assist employees with all facets of the corporate computing environment with a focus on Intune and M365. Interfaces with other IT Staff and makes decisions on operating procedures and configuration options. Is responsible for maintaining related documentation and procedures as well as compliance with applicable standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including influence, cooperation, tact, and diplomacy combined with technical skills are essential to providing a high level of support to the employee community. Using these to convey information that may be complex to others who may have limited knowledge of the subject in question is valued and important.
Specifically, the MS Intune M365 Administrator/Senior Support Engineer will:
- Design and Implementation: Design and implement Intune solutions for endpoint management, including device enrollment, policy configuration, and application deployment.
- Policy Management: Develop, implement, and enforce security and compliance policies within Intune, including conditional access policies and compliance policies.
- Device Management: Manage device enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle using Intune, including Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices.
- Application Management: Administer application deployment and management using Intune, ensuring seamless integration and addressing application-related issues.
- Security and Compliance: Work with security team to enforce security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards, including security baselines and vulnerability assessments.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune and endpoint management, providing support to end-users and IT teams.
- Integration and Automation: Integrate Intune with other Microsoft 365 services and systems and automate tasks using scripts or automation tools.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain documentation for Intune configurations and procedures and stay up to date with the latest Intune features and best practices.
- User Support: Provide daily support and troubleshooting for Intune and M365 related issues within the user community.
- User Training: Provide occasional training documentation for users when appropriate for an enhanced user experience.
- Assist with other related duties as required or needed.
