Job Description
Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a highly regarded, mission-driven firm in their search for a Transactional Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of deal experience and an openness to retool into work focused on nonprofits, community development organizations, and affordable housing projects.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking more meaningful work, better work-life balance, and a collaborative firm culture with supportive, down-to-earth colleagues.
Firm Offers:
- 1600 billable hour requirement
- Hybrid schedule to start, with significant flexibility once up and running
- Strong attorney retention - low turnover, and most departures are for in-house roles
- Compensation typically ranges from $150-$170k for 2-5 years of experience
