As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll oversee the warehouse's daily operations, including inventory, shipping, and receiving. You'll ensure efficient and accurate work by leading a team of warehouse employees, assigning tasks, and tracking performance.
What You Will Do
- Lead, motivate, and support team to meet daily goals.
- Organize and manage schedules, assigning tasks to ensure timely order processing and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance warehouse processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate across departments and business units.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 2+ years' experience leading warehouse teams. Experience using forklifts.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
