Job Description
A full-service boutique firm is seeking a talent mid to senior level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their growing firm. Associates will have 3+ years of experience in private practice working on some combination of real estate purchase, sales, leases, and financing. Candidates will have experience drafting and negotiating contracts, reviewing due diligence, and managing closings.This firm is a great landing spot for someone looking for a sophisticated environment with strong Midwest feel. Associates bill 1800 hours, compensation is competitive. While most attorneys there come from an AmLaw firm, they will also hire from sophisticated boutiques locally or nationally. Compensation $210-300k+ based on class year and experience level.
