Job Description
This is a 40 hr / week freelance position that will go for 6 months. Must work in the downtown office on Tuesdays and as needed for meetings.
Position Overview
The Brand Marketing Operations Specialist will support the marketing team in executing and optimizing brand initiatives. This role focuses on project management and operational efficiency to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fiscal operating budget management for integrated marketing, creative and advertising projects.
- Maintain financial trackers or related documentation.
- Process monthly supplier and partner invoices and handle actual cost reconciliation.
- Monitor and record project-related expenses, maintaining accurate financial records for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, production companies, freelancers, photographers, and other suppliers, to process forms.
- Efficiently save and manage executed contracts and related documents within company systems, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Assist with building reports, decks, and business cases.
- Assist with additional operations and administrative tasks, as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in project management and/ or operations within a marketing context.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
