HVAC Trainee
OTTO’s opportunity:
We are looking for a high-energy and customer service-oriented HVAC Trainee to maintain the physical building structures as required.
Specifically, the HVAC Trainee will:
- Will learn how to install, service, repair, and maintain environmental control systems in commercial buildings
- Assist in the diagnosis of malfunctions of HVAC equipment and systems and/or components for the purpose of identifying repair and replacement needs
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration units
- Repair and maintain physical structures of commercial and industrial establishments, such as factories, office buildings and apartment houses, using hand tools and power tools
- Assist with various minor construction projects such as repairing woodwork, electrical, cement, and plumbing fixtures
- Provide support as needed with painting and patching drywall
- Assist with other related duties as required or assigned
