Full Job Description2+ month contract/40 hours per week.
Preferably 1x onsite per week (flexible)
As a Digital Signage Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of our digital signage product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap to meet the needs of our customers and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
-Product Strategy and Maintenance
-Define and drive the strategic direction of our digital signage product line, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
-Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish product vision, goals, and roadmap priorities.
-Collaborate with platform support team to setup and launch new display product locations, users account setup and content trouble shooting.
Requirement Gathering and Documentation:
-Elicit and document clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
-Work closely with UX/UI and VD designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for digital signage solutions
Feature Prioritization and Release Planning:
-Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business value.
-Plan and coordinate product release cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding digital signage product initiatives.
-Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and release schedules effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
-Onboard and provide training resources to new users of the platform.
Quality Assurance and User Experience:
-Ensure that digital signage products meet quality standards and deliver an exceptional user experience.
-Gather user feedback and iterate on product features to enhance usability and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or similar role
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
-Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through teamwork and innovation.
Preferred skills and qualifications
-Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in related discipline.
-Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
-Experience with CMS tools creating and publishing web-based content.
-Experience with display management platforms, AppSpace knowledge is a plus.
Nice-to-have Skills:

-Communication Support experience / ideally App Space or similar experience
