What You'll Do

As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a memorable stay. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing warm, welcoming check-ins and efficient check-outs
Assisting guests with reservations, special requests, and hotel information
Ensuring guest privacy and handling concerns with professionalism
Recommending and upselling hotel services to enhance guest experiences
Maintaining an organized front desk and handling transactions accurately
Posting charges, processing payments, and ensuring accurate billing
Supporting a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a hospitality-focused professional who is friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will have:
A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic arithmetic and computer proficiency
The ability to stand for long periods and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
A commitment to delivering top-tier service
