Job Description
- Create and design custom dental prosthetics using advanced computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) technology.
- Collaborate with dental professionals and lab technicians to design high-quality dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, and other prosthetic devices.
- Utilize CAD software to create digital models of dental prosthetics.
- Modify and optimize designs based on customer specifications and requirements.
- Prepare digital files for CAM milling and 3D printing processes.
- Assist in the production and troubleshooting of CAM-based manufacturing techniques.
- Ensure designs meet high-quality standards and adhere to relevant dental specifications and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform checks for accuracy, fit, and aesthetics before finalizing designs for production.
- Address any design or manufacturing issues that arise during the prototyping or production process.
- Resolve design challenges related to material compatibility, fit, and functionality.
