Role Details:
• Reason for Hiring: Backfill for a full-time employee.
• Position Type: Onsite, 5 days a week.
• Travel Requirements: None.
• Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years in Office Admin or Purchasing support
• Start Date: July/August 2025.
• Interview Process: First phone interview, followed by an onsite interview with a team of three.
• Work Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Must-Have Skills:
1. Excellent oral and written communication.
2. Strong aptitude for working within computer applications like Microsoft Teams and Excel, and ability to learn various unique software tools.
3. Detail orientation.
4. Basic understanding of accounting & purchasing practices.
5. Problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously, and take direction.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with SAP purchasing tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for a front desk job function in an Engineering department.
• Dynamic team player
• Associates degree
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Timely completion of assigned tasks and follow through.
• Detailed accuracy of data entry.
• Coordination of events.
• Efficient office management tasks.


Participates and supports Engineering management as part of a team in accomplishing tasks in a variety of areas of responsibility. Task assignments and daily direction for this position are received from a Senior Assistant Professional within the group.

Responsible areas include, but are not limited to:
1) Procurement tasks include placing material orders for engineering projects and office materials as part of a larger team following a common process.
2) Office manager tasks may include stocking of kitchen/office supplies as well as collecting and distributing mail and packages via Shipping & Receiving
3) Traditional Admin tasks include scheduling and setting up meetings, coordinating travel or events, data entry, and general support.
