Job Description

Diagnose service, repair, and recondition, all pumps, tractors, side by sides, air compressors. Service, recondition, and assemble new and used farm equipment.

With minimal supervision, and oftentimes working independently, complete service and repair tasks

ranging from the basic to complex, including but not limited to:

     Perform full service on all equipment (John Deere 8r and 9r tractors, diesel trucks, Puck Hose Carts, Honda Side By Sides, Sulair and Atlas Air Compressors, Puck Lead Pumps, Puck Boost Pumps, and Dietrich 70 Series Toolbars).

     Calibrate Green star monitors for the specific tractor or tool it is mounted to

     Hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting, with mechanic and automotive skills

     Perform diagnostics and structural repairs on critical pumping components

     Rebuild and remounting toolbars

     Mount, balance, and repair small and large tires

     Maintain a safe and drug free work environment

     Stand up to 9 hours per day

     Lift a maximum Repair and rebuild 6819 MPC and 6NHTC-19 Cornell pumps

     of 100 pounds

     Bend, stoop, work in confined spaces, on knees, on back, and other potentially awkward positions thru ought the work day

     Actively participate in any additional training required.

     Operating newer John Deere 8r and 9r tractors, dually pickup trucks, Honda UTVs, force feed and suck hose pumps, 375-400CFM air compressors, and Nuhn pit and lagoon agitators.

     Learning to use all of the equipment to complete each job/task

     Oversee and direct planning sets ahead of time, laying out and picking up hose, measuring pit, sending the clean out ball, moving lead pump, and any other task that is involved with the drag line operation.

     Coordinate with other team members to be the most efficient possible

Requirements:

     Minimum 24 months farming experience with repair and operation of farm equipment

     Able to calculate estimated gallons of product in the storage facility

     Valid Driver’s License

• No min. education
