Are you someone who loves solving problems, working with your hands, and making a real impact every day? If so, we’d love to talk with you!
As a Service Technician, you’ll put your mechanical know-how to work installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial and industrial water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration equipment, and more. Plumbing experience is a plus but not required — we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, mechanical aptitude, and drive to keep things running smoothly.

What you’ll do:
- Provide on-site service, installation, and repair of water treatment equipment.
- Deliver outstanding face-to-face customer service and build trust with clients.
- Promote other Culligan products and services to meet customer needs.
- Represent Culligan with a professional attitude and commitment to safety.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8-hour shifts between 6 AM – 6 PM (occasional overtime)
