Position Summary

Under close supervision, process the required information to setup field service calls. Work as part of a team to complete the steps required to schedule the call. Support to the Machine Tool Builders (MTBs), dealers, and end-users through telephone and email.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions

· Maintain accurate data integrity throughout the process

· Assist customers in verifying/setting up an account

· Assist customers with completing approved LOA documentation

· Verify customers have signed the service rates form and attach it to the work order

· Obtain customers tax exempt documents and process them

· Validate the PO: Sold to, ship to, payment type and dollar amount

· Enter accurate data into the work order to match customers PO

· Send confirmation to customers after all the necessary documents are verified

· Work with supervisor and managers to schedule engineers

· Help maintain organization of the service call list

· Recommend additional value-added services to customers

· Follow up on open work orders to determine status

· Other duties as assigned

· Min travel required. Under 10%

Essential Education, Skills, and Experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· 0-3 years’ experience in customer support

· Proficient with Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

· Strong customer service skills

Beneficial Education, Skills, and Experience

· Salesforce experience

Physical Environmental, and Cognitive Requirements

· Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

· Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.

· Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

· Regular, predictable attendance is required as business demands dictate.

· Ability to organize and prioritize working activities (flexibility)

The listed salary range is approximate and reflects the anticipated compensation for this position as determined by salary analysis; both internal and external to MEAU. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills and experience. Compensation may also vary due to market factors. MEAU retains the right to adjust compensation based on business needs.

Expected Salary: $50,500 - $58000
