Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in keeping our hotel safe, welcoming, and impeccably maintained for every guest. The Embassy is looking for part-time and full-time Room Attendants who are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences through consistent, high-quality service. 

The Embassy by Rockford Riverfront is a contemporary all-suite hotel located in the heart of downtown Rockford, featuring 160 two-room suites with riverfront views. Guests enjoy top-tier amenities including a pool, fitness center, conference facilities, and two on-site restaurants.

What You'll Be Doing: 
Deliver sparkling guest rooms by following our signature cleaning standards-from spotless bathrooms and fresh linens to dust-free accents and gleaming floors.
Restock all in-room essentials such as towels, toiletries, linens, etc.
Inspect rooms thoroughly for cleanliness and aesthetic appeal, marking completed rooms promptly using our system 
Manage and organize your supply cart efficiently, keeping it fully stocked as you move between rooms.
Support our Laundry department by sorting, washing, and folding linens when needed.

What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
Dependability and regular attendance
Ability to interact with guests and co-workers in a courteous and empathetic manner
Ability to work weekends
