Job Description
Hourly Pay: $35–$45/hr
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time; flexible shifts (Mon–Fri or rotating weekends, 8am–8pm CST)
Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Telehealth Nurse to provide remote clinical assessments, triage services, and patient education via phone or video. You will respond to patient inquiries, assess symptoms, recommend next steps, and escalate to appropriate providers as needed.
Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls or video chats from patients

Assess non-emergency symptoms using approved triage protocols

Document interactions in electronic health records (EHR)

Provide health education and support treatment adherence

Work collaboratively with doctors and care teams
Requirements:

Active Illinois RN or compact-state license (if patient care is multi-state)

2+ years clinical experience (triage or urgent care preferred)

Strong communication and computer skills

HIPAA compliance
