Job Description

Our well-known pharma client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team for the next 2 years, 40 hours/week. 

This is hybrid (3 days onsite) in Mettawa, IL. 2 days are work from home. 

Role Summary
The Project Manager plays a key role in coordinating daily activities and maintaining strong relationships with internal business partners. Working closely with an assigned account manager, the PM ensures that all projects-print, digital, and video-are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while upholding agency and client standards.

Top Must Have Skills
4-8 years of project management experience in an internal or external ad agency
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to create and manage estimates, timelines, and meeting documentation
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is a plus
Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats and corporate compliance processes
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and creative partners
Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

Responsibilities
Coordinate and traffic print, digital, and video projects through the agency
Support project initiation, kickoff, collaboration, approvals, production, and archiving
Create and manage project estimates, timelines, and meeting notes
Track time daily and assist with billing processes
Ensure adherence to corporate branding and compliance guidelines
Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams and stakeholders
Report to the assigned account manager and collaborate with creative teams on project execution

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
