Are you a tech-savvy professional with a heart for education? The Sonia Shankman Orthogenic School (O-School) is seeking a part-time Technology Coordinator to help drive the smooth operation of our school's technology systems. You'll play a vital role in ensuring faculty, staff, and students have the tools and support they need to succeed in a dynamic and therapeutic learning environment.

As part of the Leslie Shankman School Corporation (LSSC), we provide highly individualized education to students with unique emotional and developmental needs. Our school is a close-knit, mission-driven community where your technical skills will directly support meaningful learning and student growth.

• Provide daily, on-site tech support to faculty, staff, and students

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software systems (laptops, desktops, devices)

• Coordinate with outside IT consultants to ensure continuity and security

• Track and manage inventory of school-issued devices and accounts

• Support faculty with setup, use, and training of digital tools and platforms

• Help identify and implement new technology solutions to support teaching and learning

• Assist with systems documentation, user guides, and best practices

• Collaborate with the Student Services office and administrative team

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (certificate programs considered)

• Prior experience supporting computer systems, networks, and end users

• Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Suite

• Working knowledge of Windows OS (required) and iOS (a plus)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a school setting

• Experience in an educational environment is preferred

• Reports to: Executive Director

• Salary: Commensurate with experience
